South East & London Cleaning Co started with a simple frustration: too many cleaning companies over-promise and under-deliver. We set out to build the opposite — a team of fully insured, DBS-checked professionals who treat every home and office like it’s their own, and who turn up when they say they will.

Over 8 years and more than 2,400 completed cleans we learned which work we were genuinely best at, and in 2026 we narrowed the business down to it: carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning, for homes and for commercial premises across London, Kent, Surrey and the wider South East. We no longer take on general domestic, office, end-of-tenancy or after-builders cleaning.

Specialising means the equipment is better, the technicians are more experienced at the one thing they do, and we can tell you before we arrive what a carpet or a sofa will realistically look like afterwards.

What we stand for

Reliability, honesty about what a clean will cost — and what it can achieve — before we start, and no shortcuts. If an area isn’t right when we’re finished, we come back and re-clean it free of charge.
